This is 100% pure NH maple syrup, made right here on the farm. Maple trees are tapped, sap is collected by hand, and weekends are spent tending to the boil until the sugar content is just right. 
 
Because we make our syrup the old-fashioned way, it has a full, robust flavor. It is made in small batches with a wood-fired evaporator and carefully filtered and bottled.
